Rimozione calcestruzzo non conforme dei piloni autostradali

During the construction phase of the motorway pylons, the design office carried out a quality check on the concrete used. The checks revealed a material non-conformity than the design specifications, making corrective action necessary.

The client then engaged us to carry out the complete removal of approx. 130 m³ of concrete already cast on all the pylons concerned. The operation was carried out by fully preserving the reinforcement bars, which were retained and subsequently reused for the new castings, ensuring structural continuity and compliance with safety regulations.
